Meet Our Founder
Fathma Khalid
Drawing on her background in data collection and research, Fathma founded Social Impact Reporting in 2019 with a clear purpose: to help organisations understand, articulate, and maximise their social impact.
With experience working across sectors, from FTSE 100 companies to grassroots community initiatives, she brings a unique perspective to impact measurement and reporting. Fathma specialises in transforming complex data into meaningful impact-driven insights, helping organisations tell a clear and compelling story about the difference they make.
In recognition of her leadership in the field, she has been featured as a speaker at the One Young World London 2019 Summit, and at the Muslim Charities Forum 2026.
